For those who don't know me my name is Natalie and I am a Personal Trainer and Online coach for women who really struggle to keep the weight off and feel their best. I have helped women over the last 10+ years who have struggled with sustainable weight-loss, to not only lose it but keep it off and feel their most confident self.
I use to have a very restrictive and unhealthy relationship with food my body and even training, especially in the years I was in competitive like sports like bodybuilding. After working through this with coaching and education, I now live a balanced, healthy lifestyles that aligns with my values and goals. My main passion & focus is is to help women develop the skills they need to change and achieve long lasting results and balance in their health and fitness.
It's more than a body transformation, it's mind, body and lifestyle transformation.
